Growth Habit:
Dense, rounded to broadly mounded evergreen shrub with fine-textured branching. Naturally compact with a uniform dome-like silhouette, but not tightly sheared. Branching short and twiggy, producing a dense outer canopy. Moderate growth rate.
Foliage Description:
Deep burgundy to dark purple foliage throughout the growing season. Leaves small to medium, oval, matte to lightly satin finish. New growth slightly brighter burgundy before deepening. Dense foliage coverage with minimal interior visibility at peak season.
Flower Description:
Bright cerise-pink strap-like flowers composed of narrow, ribbon-like petals. Flowers appear in clusters along stems. Petals thin, elongated, and slightly twisted. Bloom coverage moderate to heavy against dark foliage.
Bloom Time:
Early to mid-spring; occasional light rebloom in late summer.
