Zucchini

Zucchini is a fast-growing annual in the Cucurbitaceae family, known for its large leaves, bushy growth, and high yields that can continue until the first frost. Both the fruits and the blossoms are edible, making it a versatile garden favorite. For best flavor and texture, harvest zucchini when they reach 6–8 inches long.
