Garden Grey Sage

Latin Name: Salvia Officinalis 

Garden Grey Sage is a compact, mounding herb with narrow silvery-gray leaves, a slightly wrinkled texture, and a rich, earthy aroma. Its flavorful foliage can be used fresh or dried, making it a favorite for culinary use as well as ornamental gardens. Ideal for borders or containers, sage attracts pollinators while remaining generally deer resistant. It grows well alongside thyme, lavender, and oregano, which share similar growing conditions.
