Pumpkins
Pumpkins are sprawling annual vines in the gourd family, producing large, flavorful fruits. They thrive in rich soil with consistent watering at the base and benefit from ample space and regular fertilization. Pruning lower leaves and side shoots directs energy to the main vines. Monitor for pests, harvest when fruits are deep in color with a hard rind, cutting with a sharp knife, and leaving a few inches of stem.
