Carolina Reaper Pepper
Carolina Reaper peppers are one of the hottest peppers in the world, packing an intense 1.5–2.2 million Scoville Heat Units. Upright plants produce striking, deep-red fruits with a distinctive bumpy surface, perfect for daring spice lovers. For best results, grow in fertile, well-draining soil enriched with compost and keep the soil consistently moist. Harvest firm peppers using gloves, either twisting the stem or cutting with scissors for safety.
