Sweet Banana Pepper
Sweet Banana peppers are mild and sweet, rating 0–500 on the Scoville scale, making them perfect for fresh eating or cooking. The firm, glossy fruits are ready to harvest at 4–6 inches—use pruning shears for a clean cut. Disease-resistant and versatile, Sweet Banana peppers grow well in garden beds or containers with good drainage. Keeping soil moist and pruning dead branches encourages better fruit production, improved sunlight exposure, and healthy air circulation.
