Arugula
The “Astro” variety of arugula is a favorite among growers for its deeply serrated leaves and high yields of full, flavorful foliage. The vigorous, slow-bolting plants can be harvested at either the baby leaf or mature stage. Astro features a tender texture, a medium green color, and a distinctly nutty flavor, making it a delicious addition to salads, stir-fries, or fresh dishes.
